Every calculator here is grounded in neuroscience research + kitchen testing. Extraction calculator: 40 parameter combinations tested (water temp 65–95°C, grind sizes 0–30, bloom phases). Caffeine timing: modeled on published half-life data (CYP1A2 metabolism, individual variation). Grind reference: tested on Baratza Encore, Wilfa Svart, Fellow Ode across 20 coffee types.
