Browsers store small files called cookies for the sites you visit. Synapsis Coffee puts none there, and no third party does either — confirmed in a browser on a live page. Nothing is written to local storage, so there is no banner to accept or decline.
Which cookies are set
None are set. The host keeps server logs — IP address, time, page, browser — which are not cookies; the privacy policy explains them, along with the country lookup the contact form and search use. An author avatar may load from Gravatar on some pages, which is one image rather than a cookie.
On Do Not Track
Because nothing here tracks you, a Do Not Track signal has nothing to act on. You remain free to block or delete cookies from any site in your settings. This list is revised whenever the underlying services change, and it will be revised before Synapsis Coffee ever sets a cookie.
