What is most useful to write about
- Corrections. A temperature, ratio, or grind reference that does not reproduce on your gear. Include your equipment and your measurements and I will retest it.
- Brewing problems. Sour, bitter, thin, or muddy cups. Tell me the method, the dose, the yield, and the time, and there is usually a diagnosis in there.
- Equipment questions. What is worth buying at your budget, and just as often, what is not.
What I cannot help with
I do not accept paid reviews, sponsored placements, or guest posts, and those messages do not get a reply. I also cannot give medical advice about caffeine: the guides describe what the research reports about populations, and your clinician is the right person for questions about you.
