The newsletter is the lab notebook, condensed. When a batch of testing finishes, it goes out: what was measured, what changed, and which guides were updated as a result.
What you get
- New extraction and brewing guides as they publish.
- Lab results that revise an earlier recommendation, including the ones where I was wrong.
- Equipment testing: what held its temperature, what ground consistently, and what did not survive daily use.
What you do not get
No daily mail, no sponsored blasts, no selling or renting of your address to anyone. One email per batch of testing, which in practice means a handful a month at most.
Unsubscribing
Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. Your address is stored only to send you the newsletter, and it is deleted when you leave. The details are in the privacy policy.
